International Shipping Information
Orders ship internationally via UPS. You will be able to choose your shipping method when you go to checkout. Orders ship within 5 business days and typically take 1 week for delivery. You WILL get a tracking number. Once in a while, customs will hold a shipment and that could delay shipment for up-to 1 month but that is very rare.
Returns: You can return orders for a refund. Please return the shoes to the address below.
Exchanges: Right now, we are not accepting exchanges because of the high shipping costs. If you are willing to pay for the shipping please contact sales@pinupshoes.com and we can arrange an exchange for you.
