If an item that you ordered turns out to be out of stock, we will contact you via e-mail to see if you want a replacement. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours we will refund you for the item that is out of stock and ship the rest of your order. We don't backorder any items.

Do your shoes run big or small?
Some of our shoes run true to size while others run a half a size small. When that is the case, it will be indicated on the product page.

Good question. Our shoes run a little small so we always suggest moving up a size. Better safe than sorry!

How long does it take to ship my order?
UPS Ground orders ship out within 3 business days. All other UPS shipping methods will ship out same day if you get your order in by noon EST, otherwise they will ship the next business day.

Where are my shoes? Its Monday, I ordered my shoes on Friday and I ordered 3 day delivery?
3 day delivery means 3 business days (UPS does not deliver on weekends and holidays). So, if your order shipped out on Friday, then it will arrive by Wednesday at the latest. View Shipping Schedule

It depends on how much your items weigh and where you are located relative to the warehouse that’s shipping the shoes. Typical continental US shipments are about $9. Typical Hawaii and Alaska shipments are about $18.

Yes, when you go to check out, you will have the option to choose UPS 3 Day Air, UPS 2 Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air. Orders placed by noon EST will be shipped the same day.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
I'm sorry we are not able to ship to PO Boxes because we ship via UPS. Only the U.S. Post Office can ship to PO Boxes.

Can you leave the package at my front door or back door or with a door man?
Please write these instructions in the “order notes” section during checkout. We will tell the Delivery Driver and if the Delivery driver feels it is safe, he will follow your instructions.

What happens if my card comes back declined?
When a card comes back declined the bank automatically places the money on hold. You will not be able to access those funds. There is nothing we can do to speed up the process and release the hold. Please do not keep trying to charge your card, each time you try to charge your card and it is declined, that money is placed on a temporary hold. If you try to process a $20.00 order five times, your account will show $100.00 in holds. The money will be released back into your account within about ten business days. I'm sorry, but there is nothing we can do about this.

It is much faster to pay with a credit card through our site, but we will accept money orders and certified checks. We don't accept personal checks though.
