Q. How long does it take for you to ship my order?
A. For UPS Ground shipments:
Orders placed before 10am. EST– ship on third business day or earlier
Orders placed after 10am EST– ship on fourth business day or earlier
For UPS Air shipments:
Order placed before 10am EST– ship on the same day
Order placed after 10am EST– ship next day or earlier
Q: IS YOUR SITE SECURE?

Q: WHEN WILL MY CARD BE BILLED?
A: Immediately. Your card will be either authorized or declined upon transaction end. You will know then and there.

Q: HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ORDER?
A: We ship your order within three business days. UPS Ground takes up-to 5 business days. UPS Air takes up-to 2 business days. There is no guarantee on time for delivery for International shipments because customs can hold packages. But normally, international shipments arrive within 2 weeks of the day you place your order.
Q:CAN I USE PAY PAL?
A: Yes, just chose Paypal Express as your payment method when you are ready to check out.
Q: CAN I PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER?
