In order to keep our prices low, we only offer 3-Day Air shipping at this time. By doing this we are able to offer 3-Day Air for a flat rate of $9.99, no matter how much you purchase.


Q: IS YOUR SITE SECURE?
Yes, we take your security VERY seriously. We are on a secure server (SSL) so no need to worry.


Q: WHEN WILL MY CARD BE BILLED?
Immediately. Your card will be either authorized or declined upon transaction end. You will know then and there.

Q: CAN I PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
It is much faster to pay with a credit card through our site, but we will accept money orders and certified checks. We don’t accept personal checks though.

A: If an item that you ordered turns out to be out of stock, then we willl refund you immediately and notify you via email. We don't backorder any items.

Q: WHAT IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
A: Please click the Order Status link on our site. As soon as we have a tracking number, you will see the tracking number next to your order. We normally input tracking numbers within 1-3 business days.


Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
No, we only ship to the U.S. at this time. There are no additional charges for Canadian orders.


Q: DO THE LIGHT-UP SHOES TAKE BATTERIES? HOW DO THEY STAY LIT?
Yes, the light-up shoes come with batteries. They light up when someone walks or dances in them.


Q: MY SHOES DO NOT LIGHT UP?
Try to pull the Pleaser logo back to reveal the battery—make sure the battery is tight & secure. Sometimes they come loose during shipping. Once the batteries are tight, push it back down into the heel & replace the label. They should work after. If you still have a problem please contact support and we can issue a replacement.

Q: CAN I FAX AN ORDER IN?

Q: DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?
No, at this time we do not offer wholesale.


Q: DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
A: Tax is only charged if the order is being shipped to New Jersey. New Jersey sales tax is 7%.


Q: DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?
A: Sorry, we don’t accept cash at this time. It’s just not safe to send cash through the mail.


Q: DO YOU PROVIDE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE?
A: Yes, if you don’t like the item we’ll be happy to refund your money. Just return the item back to us within 30 days of your order and we’ll issue a full refund. We just ask that you pay to ship the item back to us.


Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A: We’ll gladly cancel your order if it hasn’t shipped yet. If your order has already shipped, then you can simply write “Return to Sender” on the box when you receive it. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund you 100% of your order.
